I had the worst time with Neon
I had the worst time with Neon and their chosen carrier FedEx. First of all I work from home so there is no reason I couldn’t receive the package and FedEx didn’t leave a door tag so when I reached out to Neon about not receiving the package I was struck by the agents rudeness. I was then told fedex would not attempt to redeliver which is weird pretty much every deliver service tries at least twice. Then I was told the package was out at the airport and I live in Kits with no car it would take me 45 min to an hour to get to. Had to call febex myself and get the package moved to a Vancouver Dropoff point. Neon was not helpful and was rude in saying why couldn’t I transit to the location. I will never shop at Neon again
