I was happy to find items that are not…
I was happy to find items that are not available in Croatia and to receive them within the promised delivery time. However, I wouldn’t recommend DPD for deliveries in Croatia, as their communication is limited and unnecessarily complicated. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive samples of other products and a discount coupon for next time. Overall, a great experience with Neos!

I haven't received my product!
I haven't received my product!
I bought it from 28/10/2024. The package has been in GLS France from 30/10.
No call! My address was full filled in the form of neos1911 but at first GLS France told me that it was missing information. I edited it same as what I filled in neos1911 form.
But from 5/11 to now, still no call, no delivery!
