Five star airline!
Great airline! Flew from New York to Milan on their inaugurational flight, very kind staff and amazing airplane.
Excellent service. The food was nice, even though they explained that catering is mandatory to be made in US. I'd like to experiment their food from Italy, they serve lasagna!
Flight was perfectly on time, I can only recommend!

SCAM - hidden tax and not obedient to customer needs
Arriving at the airport I was asked to pay 55 eur in order to be able to fly with them from Cancun to Milan. This is the airport tax which was never stated in any of their email! Crazy, felt like SCAM. Then, being during covid, they just assigned me a seat near an old man, while the plane was super empty. At the check in, I asked them to change the seat and they said they cant since the plane is full....which later seemed to be super empty. Arriving in the plane, there was a delay, and since the plane was coming from CUBA, many passengers had headphones and were just watching their movies, when I asked for a pair, they said they will give it after departure- which was 2 hours later! time wasted...in the end it felt like a bad journey and I wont fly with them again
