I’ve spent a lot of money at NeoSpin over the past 14 days, and at some point I thought I’d at least ask for a small bonus or some kind of compensation. But every single time, the support team replied with a firm “no.” They told me that all players are treated fairly — but my experience says otherwise.
A good friend of mine suddenly received an email with a €20 credit, even though he hasn’t played there in a long time. He had no idea why he got it. That doesn’t match at all with what the support team told me.
Today I also found several other unhappy users in NeoSpin’s official Telegram channel, which confirmed my decision to change my review. I feel obligated to speak up about this.
On top of that, I was promised 50 free spins if I left a 5-star review — but in the end, I only received 30. That’s unacceptable to me.
My conclusion: Think twice before playing there. My experience has been anything but fair or transparent. 🎰⚠️

One night I had a day off and I was stuck at home so I thought I’ll put $100 in.
I made a win which was great so I tried to play it down and just get my exact money back that I put in. I actually have intention of continuing to play, but I know about these sites and how dodgy they can be so I thought I would test the waters and get my money back that I originally put in and then to see if it’s reputable. Well, the verification process like a lot of other complaints on this site is ridiculous. I emailed them. I live chatted them. They said that my verification is complete and I can withdraw then they asked me to use the bank transfer effort and then I just get no response whatsoever. Basically it’s $100 They prompt you to keep playing whilst you await the withdrawal so you lose all your money like I did and now all I have is exactly what I started with and they won’t even give that back. Recommend another online platform such as KATSU BET I don’t know if they’re run by the same people, but I have previously been able to withdraw my money from them. I’m sure there’s going to be some sort of reply saying that they’re going to help me, but they will not. Customer service is terrible.
