I put £60 onto the account and my…

I put £60 onto the account and my account was frozen.
I've since tried to unfreeze and withdraw this so many times but they never accept my responses. Never use!! Scam of a company!

As for Pam from support it has mostly been them I've dealt with. My money has been frozen with them.

Please heed my warning DO NOT deposit anything with this company.

I have now submitted ALL required and requested documents. And they are still blocking my withdrawal of £135. The last item requested was an original bank statement showing all 4 corners etc. I requested this from my bank and sent it to them. Still rejected the withdrawal. Ticket number 00488455

Service horrible

I loaded a €100 coupon onto my Neosurf account. When I wanted to use it, my account got blocked. I followed the proposed procedure for unblocking — sending documents, a selfie, and other requested information — but to this day I have received no response. My money is blocked with them, and I can’t do anything. I have sent multiple follow-up emails, but they don’t seem to care. This company is not serious at all and should be massively reported so that the regulatory authority withdraws their license. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO CONTACT PERSON, NO RESPONSE.

… lack of professionalism and willingness to solve a simple problem

It's been almost a month since I bought a voucher to deposit into my Neosurf account, and I don't know why they froze my account, and now I can't use the amount I have there. I've already made thousands of contacts by email, I've already gone through the verification steps at least 4 times, sending documents and verifying by selfie, and so far they haven't solved my problem. The account is mine, the identification document is mine, and the selfie of my face is also mine. I don't know what to do anymore. For me, they're a bunch of thieves who won't solve anything to keep the money for themselves.

I sent all my documents and selfie and…

I sent all my documents and selfie and I was rejected. The problem is that the reason i was given was:
"This was due to the following reason:

Selfie : Compte au statut incompatible avec sa validation

Identity document : Compte au statut incompatible avec sa validation"

I translated to English and says "Account with status incompatible with its validation"

What does that even mean? Incompatible? This site is garbage. It's suppose to me anonymous for using vouchers and they ask for verification. Ok is fine, but at least let people verify. There are a lot of complains about this issue, not for days, for years. And they don't improve
