I tried reaching out for a refund.

I tried reaching out to the team to request a refund. Every attempt failed. The advertisement for the product that I bought didn't describe which type of USB charinging it had. I was under the impression that it was USB C However it wasn't bezels were just rounded on the picture to look like it. Not even a week of having the product, the line on the lanyard snapped And was always getting caught on the Zipper. It would be nice if there was a swivel on each of the belt clips It gets too uncomfortable sometimes to wear the sling bag. More padding along the other corner is a must To maximize comfortability. But it has been useful with the number of pockets and compactibility. I can store a large number of my daily use items in just one pack.

It's exactly as I had hoped for from…

It's exactly as I had hoped for from the photos and description. Very simply sleek appearance and perfectly designed. Even though its a man's backpack since I have a 17" Dell & Mac I needed the space. This is wonderful and my new best friend lol.

Both times my order was wrong. You sent a small sling. That was deceptive. I ordered a large and never got it
