I'm normally one to build PCs myself and would consider myself an experienced builder. However, considering I wanted to go SFF, Neox Computers was currently the only place stocking the exact parts I wanted, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to use them.
Firstly, the build quality is impeccable, but I can also see that extensive testing was done and custom fan curves were already set in BIOS, which is really nice for overall delivery of a product.
Customer service is also fantastic. Harry was friendly and prompt with any questions I had, and the build was completed quickly and delivered incredibly well packaged.
Harry even threw in some upgrades on my build which I am eternally grateful for.
Overall, I am more than happy to recommend Neox Computers and they are by far the best option available in the UK for SFF PCs.
Yes, it's very expensive, but they go above and beyond for their customers and it shows.

Super solid service and communication and the thermals are great. Ordered a top spec ITX build, it is well put together and i’m getting great thermals for such a small build.

I was looking for a quality SFF air-cooled 5090 build and came across Neox Computers after exhausting my options in the States. Harry is very knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive in addressing my questions and concerns, and he remained so throughout the entire process. The computer arrived quickly (considering I am in the US) and was extremely well packaged. The build was very well and carefully put together, better than anything I could ever have done myself. Despite the high-end components inside, it has good thermals and has performed well ever since.

One thing to note is that I am in California, USA, so I was supposed to pay California Use Tax on it to the state of California. I forgot about it when filing my taxes, and they found out later, so I had to pay additional late fees and fines. If you live in the States, make sure you include it when filing your taxes.

Cables arrived on time, fitted perfectly in my ncase M3 in standard layout. Very happy with my build.

Had a fantastic experience, the computer is excellent and I have had no issues at all.
