2 last orders they delayed me 10-30 days while it was supposed to be 2 days. Do not trust delivery from them. Unorganized, disconnected from logistics. They lie it will come in 1-2 days and they never send it. Very unorganized logistics. Avoid order online from them if you want the order to come without much friction.
The worst service I’ve ever experienced. They deserve 0 stars if the option was there. I purchased a dishwasher and the detergent, salts etc for it and I asked that it’s delivered to a residential address. Leaving aside the delivery delays, Neptun decides to deliver a different, cheaper version of the dishwasher and no detergents I had paid for. Eventually they exchanged the dishwasher and advised they didn’t have the detergents in stock so it took over a month for them to honour the order. I’m after finding out today that the top of the dishwasher is missing. I’m about to give them an earful in the morning. An absolutely joke of a service. Don’t waste your time and money on this company.
SCANDALOUS PRODUCT QUALITY AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!
I bought a vacuum cleaner from Neptun at the TEG Shopping Center, and it was a total disappointment. The product is of extremely poor quality, with no suction power whatsoever, making it completely useless for its purpose. I requested a replacement, but they refused to provide one.
Although the staff was polite and willing to help, the main issue lies with the company itself, which clearly doesn’t care about the quality of the products it sells. Neptun deceives customers with flashy advertisements but fails to deliver on its promises.
This was a waste of time and money. Don’t bother with them – shop elsewhere!
