I attempted to purchase a policy…
I attempted to purchase a policy through Neptune. I added my payment information on their website, and only then did they allow me access to read the fine print. Upon reading the fine print, I elected not to purchase the policy. But it was too late, they had already taken my money. Now they are slow walking getting me the refund and refusing to allow me to talk to senior management to get the refund turned around in a timely manner.
Bottom line, no thanks, I will never use Neptune in the future for anything.

Website was easy to use and getting the quote and policy was straightforward. There was a minor glitch where my property was mapped to the wrong location. But the customer service team reached out immediately, explained the issue, requoted the policy, and taught me so much about insurance in doing so. Appreciated the patience, professionalism and overall great customer service from Kyle!
