What a pleasure to find a company that actually cares about its customers. An item from my order was damaged before shipping and instead of sending this out, as most sellers would; Nerd contacted me with options and replaced the item with another, more expensive item, without charge.

Order two weeks ago now and still haven’t got my order and I haven’t had an email explaining why it has taken so long.
The other pop I ordered with this ordered arrived fine and has since had a refund for the other. Will give them the benefit of the doubt.

I was somewhat skeptical about this website seeing as I was unfamiliar with it so didn’t know what to expect. I checked on here before ordering and everything seemed fine. The pricing is great as many other places drastically increase prices far beyond the RRP. That being said, I was on the edge of my seat while waiting for word about when my order could be expected. The shipping information on the website said I would be notified when my order was ready to be shipped. It said most orders are shipped in a day unless items were out of stock in which case I would be emailed. So, when I had gone 3 days with no word about the status of my order I got a bit concerned. They aim to get your order to you in 2-4 business days so I decided to wait that out and on the 4th day I got an email saying royal mail had my parcel. The funkos seem perfect and are well packaged. While I may seem impatient, I believe my expectations were raised by the shipping information on the website so not hearing anything for a short while was somewhat worrying. Everything else, absolutely no complaints.

The packaging of the mystery box was top quality and I would most definitely order again. Thank you!
