Great for buying Windows 11 product keys for a great price. Customer support will actually help you and as a new pc builder, I need all of the help I can possibly get in order to make them work correctly

Too good to be true but it's true!

I've needed reach out to CS a couple of times for issues I created. Their responses have always been extremely fast and courteous. Today I had the pleasure of working with Jay who helped me find where I could retrieve my password. It was too easy. Great job Jay!

The thing about Nerdused CS is all their responses are personal, not the canned ones you may get elsewhere.

And the product is exactly as advertised. I've referred a bunch of friends and they all agree.

service is good, there is one thing which is not good, they are not able to reset the password if you forgot it. but yes they gave me a new free account.

Jay is the BEST!

I was so frustrated - I had purchased a Microsoft Office365 Pro Plus Lifetime and couldn't find where I had written down the log in and password to access it. It kept asking for the passcode - good grief! So, he told me how to find the password I had set up when I purchased it in the first place and, VOILA!, now I can log in. What a life saver! Thanks Jay!

I had a problem but they quickly solved it.

At first I had a problem with getting the software registered. I reached out to Nerduser assistance who promptly came back with a complete solution - this then worked perfectly.
Im very happy with their product and the service response was prompt, polite and excellent.
I definitely recomend Nerduser.

Visio lifetime conflict with Office 365

Outstanding Customer Service Despite Third-Party Issues

I had a really positive experience with this company. I originally purchased their service through Groupon, but unfortunately Groupon hadn’t paid them, which caused some issues with my account.

Despite that, Jay went above and beyond to help me. He honored my purchase with a one-time courtesy and even offered to set up a new account as a replacement. It’s rare to see a company stand by their customers like this, especially when the problem was caused by a third-party vendor.

Even though they suffered a financial loss because of Groupon, they still chose to prioritize customer service. That says a lot about their integrity and professionalism.
