Rip off
I sent back a sweatshirt because it was the wrong size and bought a different one. They returned it to me with the label taken off and said there was a hole in the sleeve. After further investigation I saw a small defect on the sleeve which (if it was the same sweatshirt) was obviously a manufacturing error. There was no phone number to call and despite my protests they stopped answering my emails. The sweatshirt had only been tried on for about one minute. We didn’t make “ the hole.” I will never order from this place again.
