Miracle in a Bottle!
I have suffered from thinning, dull-looking hair ever since the menopause. Unfortunately, I was also put on thyroid medication, which is notorious for making your hair thin.
This shampoo and conditioner has made a very noticeable difference to both the thickness and condition of my hair. I didn't have to wait ages to see that difference - it was more or less immediate and is getting even better over time.
I really would recommend this product to anyone - even if they don't have thinning hair but, anyone who does, will soon see a very welcome improvement!

Have been using these for a while now
Have been using these for a while now, they smell amazing and really luxurious. I'm used to using sulfate/paraben free natural shampoos but I don't these are any better even though they're far more expensive. I am going to keep at them though as I really love the plastic-free aspect of them.

Wonderful products!!
I have used the shampoo and conditioner for nearly a year now and LOVE them! The fact that the products are organic and come in incredible sustainable and recycable packaging was the first attraction...but the results on my hair are what made me reorder. The Nereus London shampoo is the best shampoo I have ever had in my entire life!
It leaves my hair smooth, shiny and gives the feeling of being hydrated at the same time. The smell of the shampoo is incredible. Honestly, Love it!

Revolutionary Products!
Love all of the products! The delivery time was prompt from the time I ordered, to the delivery date. As someone who has highlighted hair, the shampoo and conditioner have been revolutionary in keeping my hair soft and hydrated. On top of this, the products smell incredible. Imagine the smell of a really expensive spa... well that's what I come out of the shower smelling like. The fact that the packaging is entire plastic-free is a huge bonus and very important considering the huge amount of plastic we usually consume with such products. I LOVE my Nereus products and they look great in my bathroom.

I ordered the Hair Set Duo, and I am in love with the results with the conditioner, my hair looks and feels smooth, soft and moisturized. Also I am using the shampoo once per week because I have curly hair, and it also moisturized my curlys, I can see the difference when I used the normal shampoo and Nereus one.

Not too keen on the smell
Not too keen on the smell, smells very medicated so I have stopped using it. The shampoo is really runny so more comes out than you need. Could do with being a pump bottle

With essential oils the smell can be very different to each individuals smell preference and understand if not to your linking. We do have our 14 day money back guarantee and happy to do a refund via info@nereus.uk.
We only use 100% natural/organic oils to get the product results and not medical ingredients. We will also be releasing some new Shampoos using different oils, which may be more to your preference. With regards to the viscosity of the product we do have a pump coming in January, however if you give it a good shake before use the product thickens up. A challenge with using natural formulations. Double pack of body wash
Most products ordered have been really good and well packed. The last order of a double pack of body wash one of the screw cap was damaged causing some leakage. Needed better packing.

With regards to the shampoos viscosity. A trick that we tell our customers with issues is to give the Shampoo a good shake before use (with the cap on). This will improve the products viscosity before use. You will also be pleased to know that we have a sustainable solution coming shortly to prevent the need to be gentle when pouring :-).
