The only reason I bought my Nero sports exercise bike was because it came with a 5 year warranty. I've had the bike 3 years and it broke, surprise, surprise, tried to contact them, emails ignored, no-one answering the phone. So the 5 year warranty is worthless and I have already contacted trading standards as it's false advertising

I bought a hoverboard with a 3 year warranty but it failed after 10 months. Tried contacting them through ebay, no response, and direct to Nerosports via email and telephone. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. Avoid at all costs!

Horrible. Placed an order of 2 clubbells, were available, paid. No info on shipment so I had to contact to check. A guy called said by phone - not available, you will not have problem to get refunded. Only after the call I realized I have been charged without any written information about their error. I have requested refund still no news

Bought a treadmill through ebay with the seller being First2save. Arrived in good time, value for money was good, a part did become faulty within the 30 day ebay moneyback guarentee and was replaced promptley. I was happy with the treadmill and got good use out of it. Now i have a new problem with it making it unusable, i wasn't too worried as it had a two warrenty. Wrong, no reply from first2save, nero sport and ebay were no use at all. tried emailling and contact seller but jog on, no reply from any of them. Be aware that after 30 days, dont expect any help from 'ask ebay to intervene'.

Just wanted to buy a replacement part for a treadmill. They do not respond via website contact page or email.
Customer service non existent.

I bought an exercise bike during lock down April 2020. For a few months the bike has been making a loud noise.
I have made several attempts to contact Nero sports to ask how to have the bike repaired under the 5 year warranty.
I have had no reply to any of the messages or emails.
The customer service and warranty are none existent.

Scam Alert. I bought a electric scooter but I tried to contact them plenty of times and not want answer.no warranty at all.liars

Treadmill motor has stopped working - sent 6 emails. No response!! I would not recommend this company although the treadmill initially was very good!

From my dealings with this company I would give them 5 stars.
The treadmill I received is excellent for the price and was delivered promptly.
They also answered any queries quickly.
Cannot fault them.

Terrible, avoid at all costs. Bike seat arrived broken, sent a new part a week later. When I finally got to ride the bike it’s extremely noisy, the chassis moves on the feet and the bike is terribly made. Sending the faulty bike back but told I have to pay to return. Avoid and go with a different less cheaply made bike, anything but a smooth ride.
