Second, if something goes wrong, like chaos in American airports for instance, she’ll work tirelessly to sort it for you, and helped in our case to avoid the chaos of long airport queues.

I actually can’t wait to book another holiday with Mandy, and am planning to convince my friends to accompany us on another Caribbean cruise in the future booked with her.

We booked a Caribbean cruise with Nesoi Travel and want to say a huge thanks to the lovely Mandy for such a wonderful experience! She really went above and beyond and listened to my quirks, like the fact that I don’t actually like boats at all, and hand-picked the perfect ship and cabin location to make sure I was as comfortable as possible.

Mandy was so easy to talk to and such a lifesaver when our airport informed us they were having major delays; she quickly reorganised our taxi transfers so we could arrive earlier, taking all the stress off our shoulders. It’s rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail. I will most certainly be booking with you again!
