The website is misleading. The product description is not consistent with the actual product. Later they even don’t accept return.

I love the products I ordered. Very aesthetic to look at and useful too. I have a favourite place to buy tableware and bakeware.

Love Nestasia's ceramic products. They're the right mix of chic and classic. I now have a new place for ordering all my baking supplies and serveware. Highly recommend!

To start with what amazing products they have.... I was completely bowled over... each and every product is the kind that you would want to own... by far the best in bakeware and serveware.... all I can say is that keep up the excellent quality that u guys provide with the products... and last but not the least... excellent quality with the products

Extremely horrible experience with Nestasia, no customer support service, I ordered a product of which I hv already paid. Didn't receive anything .Fraud company. No body to revert back.

Very disappointed with Nestasia. I had high hopes. Their customer support is non existent. They have shipped a bruised product. I have been following up for 2+ weeks now.

They hardly care.

Fraud Company! I ordered various products worth Rs.6000. When i recieved the parcel, it was empty! I tried to contact them many times they wouldnt even answer calls or reply to my messages!! When i commented on their instagram page, they deleted it and blocked me! What a sham!

Nestasia does not return or refund. I ordered a pink product but by default when you place the place the order it takes as blue because pink is out of stock. No one responds to your whatsapp messages and then they ship it immediately. Their response time is so poor that by the time they get back to you those 4 hours mentioned are already over post which they wouldn’t entertain you.
I will never buy again from Nestasia. It’s overpriced as well.

Really poor size. The pictures would show you big sizes and they charge you a bomb for the products. Once you recieve the products they are miniatures like toy sizes not useful to be be kept as show piece in the house.
Total waste of money. Suggest do not purchase from them. Total sham.

Products are unique but really overpriced. Ordered a planter for 750/ and the size was smaller than a small tea cup. Very disappointed with the size.
They should review their pricing, otherwise, it's not sustainable.

I ordered a large Dark Green oven plate, the base of which should have been 19+ cms, whereas it was hardly 17! The colour was a far cry from being dark green; it was a faded, dull green colour. I do understand that the actual product can be a little different in colour than shown in pictures, but trust me it was NOTHING like it. On top of that, their return/refund policy is not at all customer friendly. No one takes the calls or replies on WhatsApp. I have never before faced such an issue while shopping online. Wish I could post pictures here. Do not buy from them.

I ordered Ombre (Blue) dinner set looking at the pictures on their website. When I received the product, I was disappointed to find that the look and finish of the product were not as shown in the pictures. Plus the plates are so heavy themselves and if you place a bowl in it, it is super difficult to hold it in your hands. They refused to return the product on multiple requests, even when I was not happy with the product received. With genuine reasons also they do not except returns which are first of all 'payable'. It was a very bad decision to order something from Nestasia. I have never had any such issue with any of the websites in market.
