I ordered a phone from them and it took almost 3 weeks for the package to arrive. When it did, the box contained a charger, but no phone. They claim that the freight carrier stole the phone and "are currently in dialogue with them". I assume I'll never see the money or the phone again. Everything about the website and the customer service is misleading or downright dishonest. Steer clear.
Well, after 6 weeks my order finally showed up. Nothing wrong with the item, but the time it took and the poor information on tracking etc. was outrageous. If you are in a hurry (like I was with a gift for the birthday of my son) stay clear of this company.
Bought AirPod pros. A lot of things not working with products. Replacement was received after several weeks, but also this product was not working. Being asked to ship back and forth making it very time consuming and frustrating. Not worth the time, money or effort. Very unprofessional, borderline scam.
Good prices but note that they are located in Hong Kong, so Will take ages to receive what you buy. Not very impressive customer service, but you get what u pay for

Recieved tracking code from PostNL that doesn't work. Still waiting for the product (2 weeks after purchase) and no idea if it's even sent.
