Excellent location. Right next to a metro station and only 4 stops from the airport with trains every few minutes. We would class it as walkable to the city centre (about 3 miles), but we mainly used the metro (another 4 stops on the same train as from the airport). Close to the beach and local supermarkets/cafes/restaurants.
The apartment was modern, clean and well equipped. Will look to stay there again if/when we return to Copenhagen).
If I was forced to find fault, there were lots of mugs, but no espresso cups. Seriously that is as close as I can get to finding a fault.

We stayed here from November 15 to 18 during our trip to Copenhagen, and we were very pleased with our stay.
The apartment was cozy, spotless, and fully equipped, especially the kitchen — it had everything we needed.

The location is excellent:

the metro is within walking distance,

shops are nearby,

and most importantly — the sea is just a short walk away.

A very comfortable and convenient place to stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back again

Super helpful, nice and welcoming people from Nestoco. The apartment was incredibly cute, clean and in a perfect neighborhood. I would recommend the place to anyone who would like to enjoy the true feeling of CPH- calm, beautiful, friendly and safe.

Very clean apartment with all utilities included. The location is amazing - next to a park, metro station, several restaurants and supermarkets. Quiet residential neighbourhood.
The terrace is sunny with a cozy seating area.
