Relocating to a new country is overwhelming enough, but when unforeseen AIMA requirements compressed our timeline, Eduardo Santos and the Settlerway team stepped up and made it feel manageable anyway. From the real estate search to supporting us through the immigration process to connecting us with insurance and other essential services, Eduardo and his team moved quickly and never missed a beat under pressure — and always with a great attitude. They went above and beyond setting up our apartment, making sure everything was ready when we arrived, even on short notice. What stood out most was his patience. No question felt too small, no request too last-minute, and he was genuinely willing to help whenever we needed him, at all hours, without ever making us feel like a burden. That kind of care is rare, and it made all the difference during a stressful, fast-moving transition. We couldn't recommend Settlerway more highly.

We relocated from US to Portugal. Eduardo helped us, found us an amazing view apartment. There were others’ interest to this apartment. He made the landlord to rent us the apartment. He did all utility, internet and phone switch before we moved. It was just a great experience and very easy and comfortable relocation.

Eduardo Santos very ably assisted us when we were relocating to Portugal. He helped us arrange a large array of challenging tasks. These included making arrangements for bringing three very large suitcases of belongings, plus our three-year-old Sheltie, when we moved. After our arrival in Portugal, he saw us through applying for and successfully obtaining the transfer of our driver's licenses, and securing the many documents that were required as part of the application process. He was very instrumental in guiding us on what was often a complicated pathway.

I highly recommend Eduardo for anyone relocating to Portugal. We worked with him during our move to Lisbon, and his assistance made the entire relocation process so much easier and less stressful.

From the beginning, Eduardo was very approachable, easy to communicate with, and genuinely took the time to understand what we were looking for. He remembered our priorities and was able to find us an apartment in a very desirable Lisbon location that was exactly where we wanted to live.

His help went far beyond simply finding an apartment. He assisted us with negotiating the rent, helped us understand the lease agreement, coordinated the move-in process, and took care of practical details such as setting up our utilities and phone connections. Even after we had moved in, whenever I encountered a relocation-related problem or had a question, Eduardo was always helpful and responsive.

Moving to a new country involves so many details that you don’t anticipate until you are actually going through the process. Having someone knowledgeable, patient, and dependable like Eduardo made an enormous difference for us. I genuinely believe our move to Lisbon would have been much more difficult without his assistance.
