Such poor-quality support and an…

Such poor-quality support and an extremely unprofessional team. There doesn’t seem to be any technically competent person in their team. I have faced the same issue more than 10 times across different websites. Despite clearly sharing the correct site name and URL where the issue exists, they keep making changes to the wrong production site, causing both sites to go down.

This is very disappointing and shows a complete lack of understanding and responsibility. It’s a total waste of time and money. There is clearly no proper technical team managing things.

This company is really very frustrating…

This company is really very frustrating and i recommend not to buy any services from them. They will simply disconnect and delete your account and after asking for restoration or data they will only tell will get back to you. Very bad service. I am paying on monthly basis and i have shared all receipts to team they simply tells overdue, i am asking for proof of overdue and notification and email for due what they have send is no answer. They simpleton tells due is from 3 years but no proof and every month they take money and without anything they delete all your account and server and website and later they told to create new account and migrate website but its of no use. They have restored with rotten file and database they restored is missing datatables. First i dont recommend to buy and for anything solution they may take weeks time.

Avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid...

Thankfully I just migrated away from Nestify.io after a few years of using them. The first 2 were fine but the last 2 years have been miserable (I think they had a change of ownership but I'm not sure). Their customer support is shocking and they don't seem to have any technical expertise and always fail to sort the problem saying they have escalated the issue, at which point you won't hear anything again... I had the same server permission issue on the majority of my sites for months that no one could fix (prevented me from updating plugins, etc.). I was always told to just reset permissions from their cpanel which never worked (even when they tried). I can't explain how much stress they have caused me. They do offer slightly cheaper hosting so I guess you pay for what you get.

I'm so happy to have finally migrated all my sites away from them. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs!
