The UV light I ordered and paid for arrived after about a month and I could NEVER get it to work. Huge waste of money!!

Don’t order from this site!. As all the other review said they’re being shipped from China. It is more than two months since I have ordered my product and have yet to receive it. I have emailed them numerous times and I Get the exact same email in reply. Word for Word. And it’s patronizing. I will continue to email them so I have no hope of ever seeing my money again. Do not order from here

WARNING: Do NOT order from this company!! I agree with all the other reviewers, who have paid for their product, yet not received it. The company appears to be operating from within the United States, until you pay for it and realize it's coming from China. Very misleading from the actual website. Do not waste your money for a product that will take MONTHS to get....if you even get it at all. Oh, and I almost forgot, they will provide you with a tracking site to check your package, but beware, I got a virus on my computer when I tried to use it!! HORRIBLE company.

I knew this would ship from China, but I had a minimum amount of hope given that the website looks semi-decent. Ordered the UV disinfectant light. Only has 1 page "manual" in broken English (barely understandable) that's useless. For something that's potentially harmful to humans/pets, that's willfully insufficient. Most importantly, the light didn't even work (there are two ways of turning it on -- I tried both, neither of which worked). I asked for an actual manual but only got 2 more paragraphs of garbled English "instructions" on how to turn on the light (again, the product doesn't work).

A terrible experience. I purchased a 32W UV Disinfection Light which arrived broken. I contacted NestNeed who provided me with directions that were wrong, and cost an additional $5 for the batteries. There were several email exchanges and frustration. Nestneed offered a $10 refund (the purchase price was $91) or wanted me to pay for return shipping. Not the way to stand behind your product. My advice, stay away from Nestneed.

This a Chinese website. After 30 days product has not reached. Tracking website shows only in Chinese. Contacted them no response. The phone number always goes to voicemail. Will not buy again and recommend people to stay away.

I bought four carbon filter masks from this website after waffling on using them based on the few reviews online, and lack of any solid intel on the broader web. Frankly, I was giving them a 50/50 chance of showing up, so I emailed the info address on their page and somebody got back to me the next day which clearly indicates that they're doing business overseas. I asked all the pertinent questions and when I felt better than 50/50 that they'd show up I placed the order - $85 for four masks.

Can you get masks cheaper when there's not a pandemic? Sure. But good luck. So listen, the gear comes from China, but what else is new? They use a horrible tracking site. Everything indicated that this was a scam, so I emailed them EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR 3 WEEKS. On day 21 I had a note in Outlook to cancel the payment with AmEx, and then the freaking masks showed up exactly when the customer service agent said they would. My mind was blown. Do I think ordering from here is a crapshoot? Yup. Did they do exactly what they said they would and get me my masks? Also yup. Order at your own risk, just saying I got four masks that are exactly as advertised...

If I could give a zero star review I would. I tried to buy an ultra violet light and was charged a price for it. And payed for it but a few days went by without much activity, tried to make sure they weren’t scamming me by going on the site to see the product. Well what I saw shocked me. In 3 days the price had almost doubled. I bought it when it was $95.99 but suddenly I saw the price of $149.99! And it was a HOT sell. So I kinda figured they were charging excessively for more money on their products. Then a couple of days later I got a really unprofessional e-mail saying that they “didn’t have any more in stock” which basically mean’t that they thought we bought it for too cheaply. So I had them refund the money. It’s a good thing too, I’d rather not fall into the trap of waiting for a month or paying more than what it was worth.

Never responded to my email or phone calls. State after fact shipping takes 10-20 days but really more like 30. Would not recommend them for anything. Website list a California address but really they are in China!!!

This website is a front. They pose as a home decor company on their facebook page. It basically charges you 20 times the price for something you can get for cheap from China. I bought a few masks for COVID. It took forever to ship, and it on purposely conceal the fact that everything takes over a month to arrive. Customer service is poor and it only replies to you in China timezone. You will also notice that they use a phone number from the US, and they charge you with a UK account. This website is shaddy as hell. The responses from them were also irrelevant. PLEASE DO NOT buy from there!!
