I was forced to carry very heavy groceries by myself because my groceries were 25 dhs less than their policy. So nesto has this rule where you cannot request a delivery to ur house unless ur bill is over 100. I am a 15 year old girl who has been going to nesto for 3 years since i live right beside it. Today my bill was 75 dhs and the bags were filled with milk and so many coconuts and heavy things which i could not carry. So i requested a delivery which they harshly declined and i politely talked to the manager as well as the cashier and told him that i cannot carry it myself and i was ignored. I was extremely mad because i felt helpless and this was extremely disrespectful of the nesto staff which i did not expect. I no longer want to stop at nesto anymore.

Very little advises. Wrong information given. No other options were offered. Difficult to reach once we start the process. Had to cancel with them to get real advises. Did not even acknowledge my last email. Did not follow the regulations for the process.

VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM AJMAN MUSHIRIF NESTO MOBILE SECTION. I PURCHASED ONE NEW SAMSUNG PHONE FROM MOBILE SECTION IN AJMAN MUSHIRIF NESTO. BUT CAMERA IS NOT WORKING, FOR WARRANTEE THEY ARES SAYING MINIMUM 20 DAYS. EVEN IN ANY SMALL MOBILE SHOP, IN UAE GIVING WARRANTEE WITH IN A COUPLE OF DAYS.
