Extremely bad service. The technician could not install internet in our flat, and now we have to pay for half the contract, but we don't get internet, and they keep sending us back and forth! They are extremely unorganized, do not reply to emails, send us off when we call them and I went in person to their office, it did not change anything. Very unprofessional and not customer friendly
Actually I want to give -4 stars but unfortunately it is not possible. Bad service, no return calls and problems are not solved.
I have to put the 1 rating as it is the only option otherwise I would rate zero or lower. We have had an extended and complete outage for around 18 days which is incredible and unaccessible from an ISP. There is almost zero responsibility from their side for providing a backup service or fixing the outage. During this outage, my study and work have got impacted as I have to work from home.
Their services are very much disappointing and I am disappointed with their services.
