Har köpt Netatmos vindmätare (Anemometer) men efter 3 timmars försök inte lyckats installera den mot huvudenheten.
Har under en månads tid försökt komma i kontakt med supporten utan att lyckas.
Detta är inte acceptabelt.
Jag avråder verkligen alla för att köpa produkter från Netatmo. Det finns bättre produkter hos andra leverantörer

I have three incidents even after read the suggested documents
1. The password for Netatmo main page is lost and needs to be reset
2. My new anemometer cannot be connected to main device
3. My new rain device cannot be connected to main device
1 The password for Netatmo main page is lost and needs to be reset
- I need to reset the PW. I have first tested the Home page, Lost PW.
o I don’t receive any link
- I have also got 4!! Mail with links to reset PW
o Noone of these creates a mail with link for resetting PW
- For me it seems that the e-mail address is “locked”
- Please help me resetting and unlocking my e-mail, thanks in advance!
2 My new anemometer cannot be connected to main device
The issue still exists for my new Anemomenter.
- Outdoor device works fine and is connected to main device without any issues
- The new anemometer cannot be connected to main device
Note that:
- I have the same issue with the new rain device
- It cannot be connected to main device

Connect to your product, It can take tome seconds
The same message is showed in 15 minutes and then is it some timeout
No connection is done.
From the robot suggested actions
- Change to new batteries: Still issue – no connection to main device
- Check WIFI network: It’s a private network on not using 5G. No issue for other Netatmo mail device
- Repeater: I’m not using any repeater
- The wind varies heavily with the geography.

- Ensure the Smart Anemometer is placed 1 meter above the highest point of your house

- Reboot your Wi-Fi router
- Uninstall and reinstall the Netatmo app, then reboot your smartphone
- Check if your smartphone is on the same Wi-Fi network as the main device

Reliable service and support
The good thing about this company is they don’t just refuse products that are out of warranty — they actually help find decent solutions. From my experience, they replaced an extra weather station module and fixed some issues with the smart valve screens without any hassle.

The wrong UK adaptor was included in the parcel. Despite a few messages and chats I am no nearer to resolving the issue. So I have a shiny new camera that I cannot switch on! Very frustrating
After posting this review Netatmo got in touch and the correct adaptor was sent out. Having received the camera on 3rd June the issue has finally been resolved on 20th June.

The Netatmo customer/ technical service is the best I've ever experienced.
Very friendly and professional service. My wife is terminally ill with MND and the Netatmo agent, Roberto, went out of his way to help us with repairing and replacing the broken thermostat and relay.
Really recommend the company.
"Outdoor camera not working!
I bought two "Outdoor camera with siren" 11 months ago from a reseller in Italy. I have only recently installed them and initally my experience has not been satisfactory. Both cameras were constantly disconnecting from the WIFI even though the router/repeaters they are connected to are within 3 to 5 meters away, as recommended by Netatmo. Technical support advised that to improve the stability of the cameras' connection, each repeater should have an individual SSID name. In this way, I would lose the network mesh functionality but gain camera connectivity. The solution is not 100% ideal, but it provided stability to the cameras. Technical support was very good at helping me assess and solve the case.

Great products if installed, issues with Apple Homekit
I like the Netatmo products when they are functioning, but in the case of the Intelligent Thermostat, the claim that it works with Apple Homekit was absolutely not warranted. I ultimately needed an Android phone to add the relay of this thermostat to the network. The on line support of Netatmo was very helpful, however.

My smart doorbell, which has been working fine for already several years, had some mounting parts damaged during the move to another place. When I asked how to get new parts, they were sent to me free of charge. Now that's what I call service!

I have had the same problem as SM Home's post. All numbers are completely unreadable now. I have tried for 30 minutes to even find an email address on their website and support to no luck - only an AI robot chat that is of zero help.
