I truly enjoyed my time with netcom, both lecturers I have had were truly pleasant and helpful, the careers side of the course have also been incredible and the people I met throughout the course have been iconic.

Absolutely brilliant course. All the staff were great and they was always there for advice. Especially my trainer Eileen Boydell. I really enjoyed the course and I would definitely do another course with them. And I would recommend them 100% thanks 👍

The Interviewer assessment was correct in his power user grading. The web portal could be improved, to show the +/- training objectives at the splash screen. A full Microsoft 365 License is not supplied, but still required. The assignment questions in the portal require updating as they often bear little or no resemblance to the application they pertain to. Further change to questions to make it application agnostic could be achieved.

Training was hectic. Not that well organised. Tutors knowledge okay. Job support post training absolutely non existence. They built it up but really failed to deliver.

I am currently enrolled in a cybersecurity course at Netcom. it has been a good learning experience! The trainer is highly knowledgeable and explains concepts in a very clear and engaging manner. He break down complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand explanations, making learning effective.
I appreciate the fact that they employed hands-on approach. There are practical exercises that help reinforce our understanding of key concepts. This interactive learning method ensures that we’re not just absorbing theory but actually applying what we learn in real-world scenarios.

If looking to gain valuable cybersecurity skills I recommend Netcom. The engaging activities, trainer and curriculum make it a great choice me.

I recently completed a UI/UX course at Netcom and Robert was my teacher, and I absolutely without a doubt say that he was a fantastic teacher, I was very impressed with his teaching and methods of teaching; he made intricate theories easier to understand. His teaching style was clear, he used real. world examples which helped me to understand everything I needed to know. He ensured that we all understood what he had just discussed. I loved attending classes in the evening and eager to learn every time.
I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to study with Robert Abbah.

Overall, it was a valuable experience. At first, I found the content quite heavy and struggled to keep up, especially in the early stages. It wasn’t as interactive as I had hoped, which made it a bit challenging to stay engaged. Looking back, I feel that incorporating more interactive elements, such as quizzes after each lesson could have really helped reinforce learning and kept us all actively involved.

That being said, as the course progressed, I gained a much better understanding of the material. I’ve learned so many useful skills, and my confidence has grown significantly. I now feel much more prepared and excited for the future! A huge thank you to our tutor, Martin for his support throughout the training.

During the last 3 months with Netcom training i have had an amazing study experience. I attend Comp Tia Tech and cloud Essential + Course. From the start to the end i have being fully supported above and beyond. My tutor - Shahi Wadan was absolutely professional and kind, leading the sessions with confidence, clear language, detailed demo and explanations. He was always ready to go extra mile for the students in his course. He was very well prepared with knowledge and examples how exactly things works. Support team from Netcom training was all the way through with me - supplying with rapid response about my queries , questions and help needed. Various resources being supplied from Netcom training such as their own database with lessons, videos and various tests. These are being extremely helpful for me before i set up for my exams. Netcom supply me with Comp Tia access and account where all the lessons for the exams was very detailed. Also in there was a loads of practice based questions, tests and tools which helps me to prepare for my exams. Avril Maxwell was very helpful with information about my study progress and guidelines. My expectations was met above and beyond from Netcom Team and especially from my tutor Shahi Wadan, who approach always with can-do positive attitude and strong computing knowledge. If i need to choose my next course it will be definitely again with Netcom training!

Starting back in December 2024, this experience has included other in-class training courses, and I have been thoroughly impressed with the delivery and interaction. Special thanks to Emma, Avril, Romana, Maria, and especially Shahi Wadan, our amazing instructor. His demos throughout the evening classes, understanding of personal circumstances, and the availability of recorded sessions have made this journey exceptionally smooth.
I chose this course to pace myself rather than rushing through the material, and it has exceeded my expectations. The course has motivated me to see it through to certification.

Since joining Netcom, one outstanding achievement for me is how it helped me set goals, stick to them, and see them through. This was only possible due to the structured approach the courses were delivered. Constant reminders by the instructors also ensured tasks were completed. I believe my discipline towards a set goal has been improved greatly by Netcom. Above all, Netcom has provided me with a better idea about the functions and a general knowledge of Information Technology and Security.

My course (Comptia Tech and Cloud Essentials) had some great resources, including the official Comptia Learn and Lab materials, and of course the exam vouchers all for free! My tutor (Shahi) was very knowledgable and supportive, and the team overall was nice to work with. The structure of the course is demanding so it only works well if you're very committed to it.

I completed the CompTIA Tech & Cloud Essentials Course over a 3 month duration.

I found the IT training excellent, with knowledgeable instructors like Shahi making complex topics understandable. Shahi's relatable explanations were particularly helpful, his dedication and thorough teaching were impressive. While the course content and teaching were top-notch, I do feel the mid-course drop ins from admin team could be improved.

I would most definitely recommend Netcom to others, and hope to continue to learn with them.
