Netel GmbH Area Brandenburg near Berlin is very unfriendly, unprofessional and unreliable

Netel GmbH is supposed to implement and install Telekom's fiber optic connection in Neuenhagen near Berlin. She is very unreliable: she made an installation appointment with us twice and didn't show up. After asking Mr. Elouer by telephone, a Mr. Dimitrov from Netel GmbH contacted me and let me know that Mr. Elouer was no longer there and that they were not responsible for Telekom at all. Everything was negated. After asking Telekom, they gave me the Netel GmbH phone number again and again I was rejected or on the third phone call they simply hung up. This is very unfriendly, unprofessional and unreliable. Absolutely not recommended. I am very disappointed and have been waiting for my fiber optic connection since February.
