Will the tickets arrive?
Tickets booked on 14 May for ferry trip on 8 June. It’s now 3 June and we still haven’t received the booking confirmation or tickets.

Your booking is confirmed and the tickets were issued on 14 May. They were shown on screen at the end of the booking process and sent to the email address on your order, so it is worth checking your spam or promotions folder in case they were filtered there.
To be safe, we have just re-sent the outbound ticket to you.
For the return journey, the Web Check-in service is available. It is free and lets you board directly without presenting the ticket at the booking office. You can check in from 48 hours before departure: simply log in, enter the Ferry operator code and your Access Code, and follow the steps here:

After accidentally booking the wrong departure port for our ferry crossing to Igoumenitsa, we found ourselves in a very stressful situation. Upon visiting the office, we were warmly welcomed by Vincenzo (I hope I have spelled his name correctly), who handled our case with remarkable kindness, patience, and efficiency.
He took the time to fully understand the issue, explained our options clearly, and successfully resolved the problem by reissuing our tickets for three passengers and our 7.5-meter motorhome without any additional cost.
What could have been a very disappointing experience became an excellent one thanks to his dedication and genuine willingness to help. Vincenzo is a true credit to the company, and his exceptional customer care deserves special recognition.
We are sincerely grateful for his assistance and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone planning a ferry journey between Italy and Greece.

We had a mistake with our ferry…
We had a mistake with our ferry booking, as we accidentally selected the wrong departure port for our trip from Bari to Igoumenitsa.
On Monday morning, we visited the office for assistance. Vincenzo (I hope I spell his name correctly) was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. He took the time to understand our situation, clearly explained everything, and managed to reissue our tickets without any extra cost for 3 passengers and a 7.5m motorhome.
We are very grateful for his excellent service and problem-solving attitude. He turned a stressful situation into a very positive experience. Highly recommended and truly 5-star service.

I booked for 2 adults , we are a couple and need one cabin, it has boked 2 cabins, did not give me option to book 1 cabin.
I entered height of my motorhome 2.9m , the tickets shows 2.1m. this will be problematic if there is a height restriction.

Your system is at the same time very easy to navigate and almost impossible to navigate. I always find myself having to re-enter information and go back and start over again. Eventually, it all works out, but it takes a lot of time and patience which seems unnecessary.

Very bad experience with NerFerry…
Very bad experience with NerFerry website , i would not recomand this for other people , i booked a ticket for a ferry from Croația to Italy Bari and they gave me ticket from Albania , when you choose a ticket if they dont have that route they give you another and its very confusing and not clear, i lost 240 euro and they didn’t refund

We regret reading your review, but the facts on file tell a different story. Your booking was completed online on our website and is fully documented by the official debit note we issued and sent to you on the day of purchase, three days before departure. The route, carrier, vessel, dates and accommodation were displayed at every step of the booking flow, on the payment page and on the confirmation email. The service was regularly provided by the ferry operator as contracted.
We shared all the supporting documentation with you by email and explained the matter in detail through multiple replies. The position we communicated remains unchanged regardless of the channel on which it is discussed.

Having spent a frustrating two hours trying to book a Balaeria ferry on their useless web site, then driving to the ferry port to try to book direct. Not possible use the internet! I used Netferries easy to use web site and was booked in 5 minutes. Well worth the booking fee.
