The cabin was comfy and clean,no noise from the ship movement,there was a shuttle bus to the reception when getting in,but on arrival we had to pass between the trucks with all our luggage,which was very dangerous and exhausting

Only a minor glitch: when not purchased immediately, accomodation reservation gets void... that's very incvenient - prompted to redo the whole process... retrieval process is a bit sluggish...

Really easy to purchase our speed boat…
Really easy to purchase our speed boat tickets to Railay Beach with NetFerry.com.
We chose this option as we are travelling with luggage and it drops you off on the east side floating pontoon.
We are middle aged and felt that it may have been a problem for us via a longboat.

As usual I had to overcome difficulties with both my computer and printer as well as dealing with an app for final payment. But they were all my problems !
In principal the booking procedure was fine and I got there, complete with ticket in the end.
