Netherix Studios Reviews

Had a great experience, managing and communicating with the freelancer was a breeze and I got exactly, what I wanted. I requested a Minecraft-Lobby build.

Great and friendly communication from everyone at the team, build quality is fantastic and i am very satisfied

Staff and builders were very nice and answering questions perfectly!

Great builders, very funny guys too, loved working with them :) The builder really tried to do their best in order to match what I wanted. Great work overall

I've just order one map so far. Great experience. They gave me multiple updates and videos. Produced a high quality map in a short time frame.

I have ordered a few minecraft maps from them and they were very insightful with their progress and they exceeded my excpectations with their quality of work. 100% recommended :D

Good fast service, great communication, low prices and a lot of updates!

I had a great experience working with this team. The communication was fast, professional, and friendly throughout the entire project. They paid close attention to every detail and were always open to feedback and revisions. They a great job and Im glad it worked so well for both sides :D.

I had an issue with my purchase and reached out to support. The response was impressively fast, and the staff member who assisted me was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Really great customer service experience.

NetherixStudios is amazing. Been using it for 2-3 years from now and i barely had issues. Currently i deleted my email and accidentally lost the map but their team (PhoenixSoldier) was amazing and helped me get my previous purchases back. he confirmed some information about my purchases and after 5 minutes i got the maps i bought earlier.
I can only suggest them. Amazing, professional and very helpful. 10/10

Great support, fast response time and they helped me solve my problem immediately😊

The freelancer did exactly what i had planed in my head.
He walked me trough every step and im very happy with the final result

Amazing!
They responded to your request very quickly and completed it accurately and quickly while following up thoroughly. I really look forward to working with them again in the future.

The quality wasn't very good and the freelancer went over his allotted timeframe and insulting me after I spoke with him regarding the missed timeframe. The customer service was good and the only reason why I didn't give it 1 star

I emailed support, using the email they provided and never got a response. I’ve waited and gotten nothing.

Honestly astounded at how great the entire process was.

Having never commissioned work from anyone prior to it I was incredibly unsure of what to do but their instructions were simple and the builders were all very nice to talk to. The entire process was very easy to follow and understand.

The map I asked for was so much better than I expected and my builder was always amazing at communicating the progress and giving me updates on how it was going.

I will absolutely be using Netherix again in future should I need work on a project like this again!

Great communication even when I was away. They where checking with me almost daily.

I will use the service again in the future.

Lobby/hub was named lobby/spawn, so i bought and saw its not appropriate for a server's spawn but for a lobby

I recently started using Netherix Studios and I literally I fell in love with it. Here builds are awesome and quality of support is best.
