⚠️ Scam Company — Avoid Netiface.io at All Costs

I had a terrible experience with netiface.io.
After paying [amount] on [date], I never received the service I paid for. The company completely ignored my messages and refused to refund me.
They look professional on the surface, but once they get your money — you’re on your own.
This is a scam. Be very careful! ⭐☆☆☆☆

Terrible service and untrustworthy company

Netiface.io provided an awful experience. Their service didn’t work as promised, and their support completely ignored my messages. It feels like they only care about taking your money, not about

⚠️ SCAM ALERT

⚠️ SCAM ALERT — Netiface ⚠️
Netiface is a total scam. Avoid them at all costs.

We’ve ordered servers from them multiple times, and every single time it’s been a disaster — they don’t provide proper support, never respond like professionals, sometimes they just ignore or even block you. They often don’t deliver the service correctly or at all.

This company is completely unreliable and untrustworthy. Save your money and your time — stay away from Netiface!

Scam company !!

SCAM ---Netiface ----SCAM
Netiface is an SCAM website and company.
Avoid Avoid.

To Netiface or to whome that is involve but dose not have real name (GR),
first of all we are an Internet supply company and everybody has different name and different duty in our company so everybody who has access to the company documents is our representative and their action is my action and duty.
You falsely claim that the issue is due to “anti-money-laundering compliance.”
This is misleading and irrelevant.
secondly if you were a legit company you must doing KYC process when your customer wants to pay for you not when you want to refund their money back!!
No legitimate regulation allows a provider to keep payments and deny service on the basis of unverifiable internal “KYC” procedures — especially when payment was accepted.
Your claim that a “false identity” was used is entirely untrue.
Our identity verification was conducted through the Stripe verification link that you provided, using our real and valid information, we submitted:
• A valid driver’s license,
• Two live facial photos taken in real-time, and
• Address and Social Security details as requested.

I also have photo evidence and Stripe confirmation of that submission.
If you are asserting that my documents were “invalid or falsified,” then please provide: The official verification failure report from Stripe.
Your accusation is defamatory and misleading, especially since you accepted payment, activated the service.
By the way the link you provided as a support team in here is not responding and you know that.
Therefore,
I stand by my review and by my formal complaint and Additionally, under consumer rights and cross-border e-commerce regulations,
I have already submitted a formal fraud and consumer complaint against your company.
All evidence (payments, tickets, screenshots, downtime records, communication logs) has been provided to authorities.I am confident that this case will move forward legally, and you will be required to respond through the appropriate judicial or regulatory process.
Vahid Tajook.

Hello Vahid,

We’ve identified this review as being connected to an account that originally used a false identity, later renamed to your real name. This violates Trustpilot’s User Guidelines requiring reviewers to use genuine details and have a real purchasing experience.

To clarify:

You did have a service with us, which was cancelled only after you repeatedly failed KYC verification required under anti-money-laundering regulations for cryptocurrency transactions.

The service itself was provisioned in full, and we even provided compensation during setup - including a temporary dedicated server and a reserved /24 subnet (which incurs us real cost).

Despite that, you attempted verification using invalid and falsified documents, which we are legally prohibited from accepting.

Our Terms of Service clearly state that all services are prepaid and non-refundable once provisioned, and refunds via crypto can only be processed following successful KYC.

No suspension or denial of service occurred beyond regulatory compliance, and we added credits for downtime as goodwill.

You are welcome to contact support@netiface.co.uk if you’d like a full record of the transactions and communications for verification purposes.
