Keep getting malicious traffic from their servers in the US. Typically difficult to deal with. Not using my business email for this.
I had a terrible experience with netiface.io.
After paying [amount] on [date], I never received the service I paid for. The company completely ignored my messages and refused to refund me.
They look professional on the surface, but once they get your money — you’re on your own.
This is a scam. Be very careful! ⭐☆☆☆☆

⚠️ SCAM ALERT — Netiface ⚠️
Netiface is a total scam. Avoid them at all costs.
We’ve ordered servers from them multiple times, and every single time it’s been a disaster — they don’t provide proper support, never respond like professionals, sometimes they just ignore or even block you. They often don’t deliver the service correctly or at all.
This company is completely unreliable and untrustworthy. Save your money and your time — stay away from Netiface!

You falsely claim that the issue is due to “anti-money-laundering compliance.”
This is misleading and irrelevant.
secondly if you were a legit company you must doing KYC process when your customer wants to pay for you not when you want to refund their money back!!
No legitimate regulation allows a provider to keep payments and deny service on the basis of unverifiable internal “KYC” procedures — especially when payment was accepted.
Your claim that a “false identity” was used is entirely untrue.
Our identity verification was conducted through the Stripe verification link that you provided, using our real and valid information, we submitted:
• A valid driver’s license,
• Two live facial photos taken in real-time, and
• Address and Social Security details as requested.
I also have photo evidence and Stripe confirmation of that submission.
If you are asserting that my documents were “invalid or falsified,” then please provide: The official verification failure report from Stripe.
Your accusation is defamatory and misleading, especially since you accepted payment, activated the service.
By the way the link you provided as a support team in here is not responding and you know that.
Therefore,
I stand by my review and by my formal complaint and Additionally, under consumer rights and cross-border e-commerce regulations,
I have already submitted a formal fraud and consumer complaint against your company.
