Customer Service

if there was 10 stars I would select. I have been with company for a number of years. The customer service is stunning, responce time is perfect and any questions the team are more than happy to help.......

Internet Angels...!!!

I'm non-technical and worry about internet security and general issues with computers. However, these days, if I have a problem, I get in touch with Net Nerd via their portal. Within a few minutes I have someone sorting my problem...but more than that, speaking my language. They don't try and impress with gobbledygook that no-one understands...just sensible advice and solutions.

Excellent service

Excellent service, as always. Had probs setting up new computer, emails for our account, etc. Thought I had all info saved ... apparently not. Quick enquiry to the support desk ... all sorted. Great team there.

Excellent Service

I wanted to add an SSL certificate to my website, so I wrote a ticket seeking advice on what I should do. The technician responded that there was already an SSL that just needed to be added to the website, and did it for me straight away. The technician also advised that the ancient software I had built my website with would soon have problems on its current server, and offered to migrate it overnight so as to cause no disruption. This was done and was so easy for me. Excellent service

Replacement website…

I constructed my replacement website using WebPlus X8 and was having difficulties uploading, but they were able to sort out where I was going wrong and help me get it set up.

A problem with website publication

A problem with website publication was flagged up late one night. A reply was received overnight that provided the answer to the problem, so the downtime was kept to a minimum. Very good service.
