Bought some ethernet equipment and items from Netstoredirect and it was all shipped quickly and packed well. Simple stuff, but where the great rating comes from is the customer service.

I noticed about a month later that just two of my items were slightly different to what I ordered (I ordered 4 so upon glancing at the order it looked okay.

Anyway I emailed the customer service mailbox with a photo to show what had happened and why I discovered it so late and within an hour they had already sent out my missing items.

A day later I had received them and I have never experienced such quick and great customer service for a long time. It didn't need a long explanation, or going back and forth and they understood me from email one.

I will definitely be recommending them to others looking for networking items just based on that as it was pain free and I will definitely order more in the future.

Placed 2 orders so far, both with no problems
i bought cat 5 faceplates with modules and crimp plugs,

on my second order i got some shielded crimp plugs and happened to try one in the module and it didn't fit? i contacted netstoredirect and asked their advice and they told me it would fit once i'd crimped the end onto the cat 5 cable, so they even answer silly questions, can't fault them and i would say the quality of the faceplates and price are far better than any other site i found, would use again

Spent several telephone calls trying to get an order configured for over £400 of cables (jiggling sizes to make sure they could despatch) to be delivered on Saturday am - really urgent job - Not arrived - do not trust their delivery promises - and no contact for chasing on a Saturday either by email or phone

Ordered a 24-port switch, took 4 days to arrive...

Courier box was dented by 18cm

Inner box (product box) showed signs of wear and tear. The item had clearly been shipped to another customer who opened it, used it and returned it before it was shipped to me.

Box was in poor condition, item had scratches and scuff marks.

Emailed Netstoredirect to let them know I wouldn't be accepting this 'new' item, only to have some bogus courier scheduled to pick it up which never came and conveniently notified me at 5pm that they would be rescheduling pickup for 4 days later.

This company and the courier service it uses are trash. I will never do business with them again

Ordered a netgear NAS from them paid in full, they canceled my order without my knowledge until I emailed them asking for delivery date/tracking ID.

Ordered a 5 port switch from them and they delivered within 2 days of the order being placed and it was one of the best prices I could find. Switch arrived well packed and worked perfectly. If any complaint then it was a tad over packed but better safe then sorry. Will use them again when I have the need.
