Purchased the netta extendable battery operating hedge trimmer plus chainsaw so much lighter than the corded type. Needed a new chainsaw chain, ordered online arrived within a couple of days.

I was extremely happy when I saw the stove and that I chose this model. It really lived up to expectations, the size, the realistic flames , the overall appearance. I especially like the fan grill at the top as apposed to the box underneath most stoves. It really makes the stove look neater.
When switched on the heat is instant and quiet.

I have used both the hedge trimmer and the chain saw once, since purchasing. The chain saw cut quite easily through several five centimetre branches; and the trimmer completed approx twenty square metres of light trimming, without any problem. The battery still had some charge left. The chain required adjusting twice, but I understand that this is normal with a new chain.

They confirmed they still sold the blades I needed to replace the broken ones for my electric hand whisk.
Then after I ordered them they then had them delivered quickly so I could make more cakes.

Lovely product although I was expecting it to be slightly larger. Lights up nicely and has different heat settings which warn up the room nicely.

I ordered my item and was delighted to receive it the following day. Sadly it was the wrong item in that it was only part of my order but was an item in its own right. I emailed Netta late on a Friday and didn’t expect to hear until the foll Monday but was delighted to receive an email on the Sunday. All was sorted and received the balance of my order by the Tuesday. Very courteous and polite and efficient.

I ordered incorrectly at first but they sorted it out straight away, when I managed to do it correctly the heater came with in 2 days and I am very happy with it

Its a shame that the fire i ordered stopped working , however i was able to return it and get a refund.

I was looking for a decent rotary line found this one by chance & it was half the price of another site! Although I’ve not installed it yet I have taken it out & checked it & tried it out & it seems sturdy easy to put up & click into place & seems big enough for plenty of washing. Bonus it comes with line cover too which I always used on my last line! I would certainly recommend also a great price.
