Got the first AC nearly 6 years back which is still working a treat.
Got a newer one for 2nd room, ordered and arrived next day. Happy with the price (on par with others), same effectiveness - but now with modern tech like integration with smart devices + app control.
Happy with the service and already recommending friends.
BUYER BEWARE
Ordered a Gym Floor Standing Fan 18” from the actual Netta store on Amazon. I also paid for the next day delivery. Item arrived the next day, with the box all damaged. The fan “cage” was dented and the motor at the back gets incredibly hot within 7 minutes of use. I timed this as of course the motor casing on any fam will get warm, but not that warm and especially not that quick. When placed on a hard floor the fan actually rotates in its place when switched on. This is not an oscillating fan so should not be doing that. I approached the seller on Amazon with images of the absolute state of the item when it was delivered ( I personally think it is a returned faulty item that they have … “repaired” and then put back on the shelf) and they just kept fobbing me off with a 10% refund … or to send the item back. But the box was damaged on delivery so I could not send the item back as it probably wouldn’t get there without further damage to which I would then be liable for. I wanted the faulty one collected and replaced or a full refund so I could then actually go and purchase a better fan. Netta products used to be decent but paying £59.99 for a dodgy Netta product is not something I will repeat in the future. After using Netta for years I will now never order another Netta product again. They should be removed from Amazon.

The fan stopped rotating to sides just after a couple of weeks of use. I initially considered returning it, but didn’t have time or a replacement unit on hand. Assembly was frustrating—the joint between the rod and motor unit is very small, which made installation unnecessarily difficult, even though I followed the manual closely. It seems like a design or production flaw. On the positive side, the fan speed is satisfactory on stable position.

Great AC
Great AC. Overall great performance, as well as great value for money compared to other ACs in the market. I am from Asia so grew up with AC, that’s why I am used to the “noise” the AC brings. To explain, it is not really noisy, but to me it’s like a brown noise. So do not be bothered by it. Having a “noisy” AC is better than sleeping in this disgusting UK heatwave :)

Bought extendable hedge trimmer off Amazon. Extender didn't work, they asked for a video, no response until after the returns expiry. Ridiculous.

I ordered the wrong replacement battery based on the description on the website. Within the hour I emailed to highlight that I wanted to switch to the correct battery. Having received no response I rang the number on the website with no answer from the extension transferred to and no voicemail to leave a message. The wrong battery arrived. I then went on the live chat and got no response. Under the Distance Selling Regulations I have the right to cancel and return the incorrect item for a full refund but how can I do this when I am getting no response?

Bought the NETTA 500W Hedge Trimmer…
Bought the NETTA 500W Hedge Trimmer with 55cm Diamond Cutting Blade and - entirely my fault - accidentally damaged the power cable.
Contacted Netta who responded quickly at first asking for a picture. I sent it immediately and they ignored that email, then ignored the next email and the next one. After 2 weeks in the complete absence of any support or guidance from them, I took the screws off the casing to see if I could fix it myself, but it was not a simple power cord assembly.
Finally came back to me saying the warranty was voided because I'd opened it. They didn't warn me of that first, or respond in any way. Absolutely abysmal service and would suggest you avoid Netta completely and buy from one of their million-odd competitors.
