Bus went earlier than scheduled. After their mistake they refused to arrange a new trip for you. When they mess things up for you, you are on your own; they don’t care for you.
Additionally, their app is not working well. I had a commuter ticket and booking travels using that ticket doesn’t work at times when it should (e.g. in middle of the day at the middle the week). When you log in using your account the app, trying to buy a ticket the app tells you that an “error has occurred” and that you should call support. The only solution in those situations is to buy a regular ticket costing approx. two times more. Finally, when using the commute ticket, often the app tells you that all the tickets are sold out because many (not all) of the cheaper tickets are sold. In short the app tries to instigate you buying the most expensive ticket when you actually don’t need to …
