I had a website designed during covid and paid for an annual SSL certificate (for which I paid and was not put on until months later). When I decided I no longer needed the site on the 12th June 2025 I emailed over 2 weeks before the SSL said it was due to renew to cancel it to be informed it was not due to renew until the end of July. I was asked if I wanted it cancelled in July to which I replied yes. The money was then taken out of my account in June and a second invoice was receievd for the same SSL in July which was then cancelled. The money taken out of my account in June was never recovered. After months of emails and no response I have given up. Poor comany and poor service.

I was let down by an online printer who didn't deliver items as ordered and paid for. Nettl Stockwell Street Glasgow were absolutely brilliant. Sorted it out in an hour and a half 250 flyers and virtually the same price as online. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to other people. Friendly, calm, helpful. Excellent.

Have received a consistently excellent service over many years and projects, from business cards, information leaflets, brochures and large display boards.
The design service has always exceeded our expectations and the speed and efficiency of the service has always been excellent

We reguarly use Grant and his team at Nettl who are always very responsive and get the job done well and quickly

I was absolutely blow away with the level of service, everything was done on time as promised by a fantastic friendly team

Nettl provided fanastic support to myself when I was faced with a problem.
They were quick and courteous with my request and got it solved within the hour. Highly recommend

I recently used Nettl of Melksham for a very quick small scale colour print job.

This was producing A4 & A3 posters, that I needed the same day.

Whilst it was a small print job, they came up with the goods, and the print run looked very professional.

UPDATE TO MY POOR REVIEW -

I had a bad experience when the guy that dealt with this print job originally. The print I received wasn't good - the colour was off although the detail was perfect. I complained and was told that effectively it was my fault and that was that, the member of staff subsequently left the company.

I left a 1 star review which reflected my frustration at being told that it was my fault and having no other way to get the problem solved.

I was subsequently contacted by Ryan, their Sales Director, who has been absolutlely brilliant.

He went above and beyond to resolve this colour problem which was partly caused by a corrupted file and I can't praise him enough for taking the trouble and effort to resolve this problem.

The poster i wanted printing was a copy of a painting made by a family member who was an extremely talented artist and died sadly young and i would like to personally thank Ryan and his team for making a copy of this that I will treasure forever.

my original review was 1 star but they completely deserve 5 stars. this is how to give outstanding customer service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
they are unable to print something the right colour and then just don't accept any responsibility.
THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER PRINTERS OUT THERE - DON'T TAKE THE RISK

I’m a designer who uses Nettl for all of my clients’ print items. They’re always so helpful in suggesting the best stockS and finishes, as well as helping to brainstorm new and fun marketing campaigns. The ladies of Nettl are very good at what they do, and always with a smile.

We got some beautiful business cards here with a lovely matt and raised gloss hybrid type finish. Real fancy. Quick + helpful service and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

We've been a repeat customer with Nettl for the last couple of years and would highly recommend. Not only are they very responsive and helpful on any of our projects, they deliver a quality product every time. 🙌

It is the worst experience ever dealing with this company in Dublin, they are affiliated with Printing.com. I ordered a hand sanitizer stand with custom logo on it. They have sent me a stand where the dispenser is to be hung 2ft from the ground, below the custom art work, which is not functional. Their excuse was it’s suppose to be children friendly and they refuse to replace the unit because is too high of a cost for them to do so. This is unacceptable.
