These guys have been beyond helpful. I'm a total VPS noob, and they were more than happy to help me pick a service, get it started, and even move all of my old files onto the server and get it booted. I was completely blown away by their professionalism, and will strongly recommend them to everyone I know in the market.

NetVPX is one of the all around best hosting companies out there. They have fast customer service, quick and easy access to orders, and a great dashboard. Even if its not their products you need help with, like installing things on your vps etc, they still try their best to help. I love the company and love the employees.

Netvpx will show you set by step how to do things you are having trouble with.There prices are also very reasonable and there quality is great and minimal downtime.There support team is very quick at accessing the issues and getting if fixed and they know what there doing.

Working for quite some time with the NetVPX team, I have held off my comments on their services in hopes of getting a full understanding of how they operate. Not only did the team contact me personally from the start, they went above and beyond any other hosting company ever has for me.

Being new to the world of VPS, they showed us step by step how to get started, and even provided the necessary tools for us to continue on our own. When faced with a potentially fatal issue which I personally created, I was swiftly contacted and after a short while was instructed on how to fix it, allowing our community minimal downtime!

I really can't say it enough - NetVPX is the way to go!

Great overall experience. Haven't yet purchased from NetVPX but have worked with Raj as Management for a while now, stepped down from that position to work under the sales department lead by Josh. Both individuals are extremely professional and I would 100% recommend for any new company, entrepreneur or website developers to go ahead and use NetVPX for their hosting. 10/10 experience so far.

Well, recently I've been going down the road of making terrible decisions. I kept jumping the gun not thinking about what the outcome might be. I decided to go with a hosting company, named Cheap-mc. Yea, cheesy, but I just needed something quick and reliable, so I thought. I decided to go with them, 48gb for 40$ a month. I knew the cost, and decided to go with it, because I had a second pay holder. My occupation makes big bucks, but, putting money into this, expands pretty quickly. The first month went smoothly, no problems, some small issues, but got resolved. Then came the 2nd payment. They confused me on how to pay, until I got a late invoice in PayPal stating I needed to pay by the 24th, I paid on the 25th at 2pm. They put me through hell during the next 5 days. I lost players, staff, and just everything went into chaos because the server was down and I didn't know what to do. People we're threatening me, friends, literally blocking be over small disagreements during the period. I had to make a choice. I either wait another week for them to fix it, or find a second option. At this point, the first host was holding my files hostage, and I paid a full $40 for nothing. @Josh S. | CXO messaged me in the mess of things, just stating he works with a hosting company. In the stress of things I said what the heck, and got into one of the easiest and friendliest conversions with @Raj V. | CEO. The amount of appreciation for the customer, was just phenomenal. I decided to just leave everything behind and start from scratch. I landed a deal with Raj, and he even showed his gratitude by giving me a deal that fits my budget, and how we can work around it anytime, under minutes to get it fixed to my liking. NetVPX, 10/10 in my book for sure.

Bounced around several hosting companies before, none as consistent with uptime and support as NetVPX. Can't see myself going anywhere else.
