ITEMS ORDERED IN MAY RECEIVED IN…

ITEMS ORDERED IN MAY RECEIVED IN SEPTEMBER AND ONE OF THE BOTTLES WAS LEAKING/ SHIPPED IN MANILA ENVELOPE. I PLACED ANOTHER ORDER SEPTEMBER 6 AND ANOTHER I THINK THE DAY AFTER. ITS NOW THE 11 AND YOU STILL HAVE NOT SHIPPED ITEMS.

Occasionally, we do run out of stock on items, but they usually ship within a couple days. We have 70+ locations that we ship from and try to maintain inventory levels across all platforms including our brick and mortar stores. We apologize for the delay and this situation.

Relatively upset about this order.

Relatively upset about this order. I did NOT receive the correct product. Netwelder was advertising one model number, but sent a different model, and it was NOT a mistake.. Manufacturer had discontinued the old part, and therefore Netwelder simply shipped me a different part without notice. What added insult to injury, was that they simply relabeled the package with the old model number to make it seem like they were sending me the proper part that I ordered. I SPECIFICALLY ordered from Netwelder in the first place because I knew the old part number was hard to come by, although some places still have limited stock of it. Since they were clearly advertising the old number I felt confident I was going to get what I ordered, but this was unfortunately not the case.
I Initiated a request for exchange/refund. May amend review experience based on the outcome.

UPDATE 9/12: Shawn at Netwelder was very understanding and responsive to not only this review, but my issue. He promptly took care of the issue with absolutely no hassle. Big thank you there! My experience was likely an accidental mixup (as described by Netwelder's response to my initial review). I was expecting hassle, but there was none. Big THANK YOU!! I would not hesitate to deal with Netwelder again.

I apologize for this situation. Miller automatically sent the new model of this regulator to us and we did not catch the change when we received it. We did not relabel anything. Miller put the new part number labels over the old labels inside the package before they shipped it to us. There was no attempt on our part to deceive anyone. It was a simple mistake. We have issued a prepaid return label and will issue a full refund once the item is received back. Thank you and I apologize again for this situation. The part number on the website has been changed to reflect this as well.

Quick shipping and good pricing

Quick shipping and good pricing. These are my favorite gloves, however I believe these run small compared to other XL gloves on the market. Just beware if you have big hands, they may be too small.
