Excellent Customer Service
Loren was very familiar with the loan process and responsive to our questions and concerns. He took the time, even during his personal time off, to make sure were comfortable with the information provided to us. Every matter was addressed professionally and politely. Excellent customer service is rare these days, but we were grateful to have experienced that with Loren. Excellent customer service.

Competitive pricing, great people, but not super smooth
I would rate 3.5 stars if I could, but since I can't, I will just round up to 4 since the process completed successfully.
They are very competitive with their costs and have matched every other offer we received. There were a few small bumps and headaches along the way, some of which were stressful, and after closing, they were not helpful in solving some oddities with our data on the application.
Overall, I will give them another shot for future needs.

Damian was an angel!
Damian was an angel!! I did not think that I could refinance my house but he showed me how it could be done and I could pay off all my bills to boot. And it actually happened!! I have been able to get projects done around the house and possibly have enough left over for a vacation!!!
