Loren Mascarenas was very efficient at presenting me with what I needed to do. What I needed to provide. I started my loan on August 4, 2023, and he was able to complete it by August 23, 2023. He listened to what I needed to do and helped me. I changed my mind 3 times and each time he accommodated my request. He was very patient, professional, and polite. I would recommend him to handle anyone’s loan. He had Kelly Stricklin, who was the loan processor on my file. She made sure I gave the right information, she scheduled an appraiser, and she had a notary come to my house to have us sign the final papers. They both worked very well together to finish our loan. Gabriel and Sarah are true life-savers for confused first-time buyers
Purchasing a house is such a big step, exciting sure but also terrifying and confusing. Gabriel was literally the best person to guide my husband and me throughout the entire process. He's knowledgeable, professional, kind, always ready to go over things multiple times and clarify any possible detail. He's compassionate and genuine, truly helpful and competent. My husband and I were afraid and to be honest quite skeptical about anything bank-related, but Gabriel was able and willing to make us understand every single step, facilitating the process and encouraging even first-time buyers like us to go after their property with a plan. Sarah as well was always ready to make herself available and promptly responded to any doubts. My husband and I received excellent assistance and we could not recommend both Gabriel and Sarah enough.

Network Capital's No Quitting Attitude...!
I was lucky enough to have worked with a very experienced and creative Team. Edouard Claus was able to take this refinancing venture through to funding. He stayed, on top of everything for me and when faced with a show stopping problem; instead of allowing me to end the process, he came up with a very creative option which allow us to complete this process. Nayeli Victoria kept me focused on getting all required documents together and kept the process moving forward. This was my first venture with Network Capital, but it will not be my last as I am moving forward to purchase an investment property on my block.

Loren Mascarenas - like a dog with a bone
Loren Mascarenas was like a dog with a bone. He constantly communicated with me and resolved whatever issue arose. For example, he perceived I was non-committal because of my homeowner's insurance, which had almost doubled from the previous year's cost. On his own initiative, he sought out a more reasonably priced insurance company and saved me thousands of dollars. He was like this for every issue that came up; he had an enthusiastic "let's getter done" attitude 100% of the time. In my humble opinion, Loren is a valuable asset to your company. If I were still in business, he's the type of employee I'd like to have working for me. Don't ever let him go!!!!!

Stevmontay and Nolen: Dynamic Duo!
We had been struggling with finding a company to help us with much needed improvements to our house. When we found Stevmontay, he made it happen!!! Great to Work with
My loan officer Chris Caterine and loan processor Sarah Behl were super easy to work with, friendly, and were available when I needed them. This made the loan process extremely smooth and was able to get my loan funded in less than 2 weeks and enables me to have a quick escrow. All the loan applications and disclosures were easy to understand and were all done over docusign which made the process easy.
