I was glad to find a company on-line. I do a lot of my searches this way. I did not like the AI answering machine but it was better than most! I received a call from Bogdon, who lives near by and we settled on a time and date. Everything was perfect. Thank you for your help. Price was good. I would recommend Bogdon without question. I had 4 previous quotes and they were expensive and confusing. Tucker Hill's quote was direct clean and honest. I worked with Lucas and he was very forthcoming and worked within my budget with explaining and answering all my questions. I purchased a Bosch vs, Trane, American Standard and Goodman. You really need to get educated and watch you-tube and read reviews before you make your decision. It takes time but in the long run you make the best decision that you can afford. What was important for me was I wanted a quiet unit.

There was a healthy response to my request. The person that ended up coming to my home was like an answer to a prayer. Good person, good work, good results.

They communicated well, came when they promised, did a good job, and were helpful and courteous.

These people aren't interested in your work there only interested in your credit card most leads are made up nothing people do not answer the phone,, text ,emails an then the people in the staff are such smart uses that you get no where when calling .....all its about is taking your money

The experience was great the service was wonderful and quick as promised and our building was secure afterwards shortly afterwards and the price was very fair.

Every single worker was professional and upbeat. They came in, got the job done, and cleaned up within minutes. It was amazing to watch. They communicated with me to confirm what I wanted trimmed and what I wanted left. They always had their eye on me to make sure I was in a safe place. Positive attitudes and the customer is happy. I will be using them again. Fair price.

My AC unit went out during the middle of the night. I was unaware until morning. I have multiple health issues, I have extreme inability to tolerate the heat. I called Alexander Air Conditioning (They installed the unit in 2018 within A month of hurricane Michael) I left a message on their on-call line as it was before normal business hours. Jasmine called me within 45 minutes. Told me I would have a check between 8 AM and 12 PM. Unexpectedly, 20 minutes later, Treven, the AC tech was on the way to my house.. He was pleasant, Friendly and accommodating. He had my unit up and running Within 30 minutes. Thank you so much, Trevin & Jasmine . I appreciate y’all so much !!!!If anyone needs an AC company, please call Alexander they’re reasonable and responsible!!!

Had a good experience with a recommended contractor.. They followed up to see everything went well. Good experience all around.

Networx made this project very easy. I received responses from multiple vendors next day and was able to get the work completed super fast.

I called for service on Friday night (non-emergency) and the contractor reached out to me early Saturday
morning - the work was completed promptly early in the afternoon.
