Great personal service

I ordered a delivery which was being fulfilled by this company. I realised that I hadn't put my correct details in the delivery, so I messaged Charles through WhatsApp and he went out of his way to update my order so that it was routed correctly.

My go to company for years for all…

My go to company for years for all kinds of IT hardware for my IT projects. Super fast shipping even after 5pm. I've been a loyal customer for years and will continue to do so. Their support is also superb and having used them it makes NetXL a one of kind offering. I would pay more to use a company that stands by it's service. Fantastic company to do business with.A**

Great support for a faulty device!

I had a faulty device and contacted support. Oliver was excellent, quickly and efficiently arranging a replacement the following day. The support was helpful and professional, avoiding the need for unnecessary procedures.

NetXL customer service.........one word, exceptional.
The best bit is that we had a couple of queries which were dealt with promptly and not only that when they said they were going to do something, they did it!! Superb!
