1. MERCHANT INESISTENTE: La fattura riporta "NetzZone GmbH" ma della società non ho trovato riscontro al Registro Imprese tedesco Handelsregister.de. Verifica ufficiale del 17/04/2026 negativa. In Germania l'iscrizione è obbligatoria per legge §8 GmbHG.
2. SITO NEONATO E SOSPETTO: Report GridinSoft Anti-Malware del 21/04/2026 segnala il sito come ‘Verdächtiger Shop’ con Trust Score 12/100. Dominio creato a febbraio 2026. Privacy Whois attiva. Classico sito mordi-e-fuggi.
3. DENUNCIA PENALE SPORTA: Ho sporto Denuncia-Querela presso Carabinieri di
Salussola prot.bics042026 419140443485 del 17/04/2026 per truffa art. 640 c.p. Pratica trasmessa a Procura di Torino.
4. CHARGEBACK ATTIVATO: Mastercard ha aperto disputa cod. GCO0598025 per merchant fraudolento. Banca ING ha ricevuto tutta la documentazione.
Sono socio UNC Unione Nazionale Consumatori dal 14/03/2026. Pratica legale in corso per esposto AGCM e diffida a ING.
NON COMPRATE. Se avete già pagato: bloccate subito la carta, fate denuncia ai Carabinieri citando art. 640 c.p., attivate chargeback con la banca entro 60gg.
Aggiornerò qui quando avrò il riaccredito. Con querela + GridinSoft 12/100 + GmbH fantasma il rimborso è in progress.
