Purchased leggings and top set mid January as a Christmas present, assured would be delivered in time.... eventually after a few emails I was told new items would be shipped by this point we were into January so requested order be cancelled, was told they had already been shipped. Waited and eventually received half the order which was returned, still waiting on refund!! Absolute shambles of a service, avoid !!!
Worth it if you can wait!
Amazing clothing and the quality is great! The only downside is time of delivery, it states 3-5 working days and mine took over a month. Didn’t receive a tracking email or an email stating it had been shipped which lets the company down. Worth it if you can wait!

I ordered from NEU around 3 weeks ago and was sent an email saying my items were in the warehouse and a tracking email would follow, it did not. I waited another week and after reading 2/3 star reviews on here I started to panic thinking what have I done in not going to get my order for months. I emailed customer service they replied within 2 days, with a tracking number and my order arrived the next day after this. So it took three weeks and their communication with customers is not great I will be honest. I’m sure we can all understand delays/ disruptions BUT you have to let your customers know!!! However this being said I couldn’t be happier with my items they are stunning and such amazing quality I LOVE THEM!! I would order again but I urge anyone thinking about ordering to expect a longer delivery. If it wasn’t for the quality and designs of their pieces this company would be a let down, there’s a lot of work to be done on the customer service side of things!
Disappointing customer service
I placed my order early December with guaranteed delivery for Christmas and was told I'd get a tracking number in a couple of days. A week or so later I received an email saying that my order will have a printing error and would have the wrong size written on them. No apologies or attempt to resolve this, they were just telling me in advance. I heard nothing after that and had no response until January 8th. When my order did finally arrive, I thought it was really good quality and was happy with the products I ordered but the customer service was shocking. They missed the guaranteed delivery for Christmas, they told me there was a printing error but made no apology for it or anyway to resolve the issue, I asked if I could had the postage refunded and they said yes but then never did and stopped responding to me. I do not care about the money, I care about how poorly they treat their customers and even though the set I ordered was great and I'd love to get more, I won't buy from them again because they promised me a refund I never received and will no longer even respond to my emails. Just with they made more of an effort to resolve the issue and maybe I would have given them another chance.
Customs to pay and long delivery
Not only did I have to wait for more than a month to receive my items, but I also had to pay around 50€ in customs too...Is it worth that much??? No.

I was promised that I would receive my parcel before xmas and I still haven't received it.
As it was a Christmas present this was very disappointing.
Neu Apparel responded to my chase up email when they 're opened after holiday period. They were quick to apologise and explained that Hermes must have misplaced my parcel.
They immediately sent me a replacement within a couple of days.
I actually received the missing one then too and had to arrange return.
My daughter is happy with quality of the purchase

Items out of stock and not shipped over a month after purchase.
I seriously wish I could review negative stars. I ordered from them in mid-November (before Black Friday) and did not hear from them at all since other than "we are experiencing delays due to Black Friday." So last week, I emailed them asking what was going on, and FINALLY, they updated me that one of the tops I ordered is not in stock due to a website error and they can replace the item with a bigger size or refund me. I told them that it was disappointing to hear this over a month after my purchase, and if the rest of the order hadn't been shipped, that I wanted a full refund. Then they say that 3 of the items of my four-item order are not in stock so they will refund those but the last item "has been shipped". I asked for a tracking number for this shipped item and they said that they didn't ship my order at all because I said I wanted my entire order refunded. Knock on wood, let's hope I get my refund. I am appalled by the blatant lying and lack of transparency through this whole process. DO NOT order from them.
amazing quality
I’ve seen a lot of people giving bad reviews about receiving their items so late but I’d honestly say it was still worth it if your willing to wait. I bought the pink sweatshirt and sweatpants and the quality of the material is so nice and premium. They’re so cosy and I absolutely love them! Definitely going to purchase some more in different colours.

I ordered 6 items totalling £160 during the Black Friday sale in November. Only one item was delivered roughly 3 weeks later, but I was assured the rest would be shipped before Christmas. January arrived and still nothing, so I emailed them requesting a refund. This was a very long process as quite frankly the customer is awful. I sent multiple emails, which they ignored, as well as messaged them on Instagram, which again got ignored. The few times I got a reply they were very unhelpful and even tried to accuse me of lying, as they said all of my items had already been delivered. I obviously disputed this, and after further emails, I was told that the items I ordered were in fact out of stock, and I would therefore be refunded. It then took a week for the money to actually go back into my account. So overall, it took 3 months of persistent messaging for me to actually be told the items were out of stock and be refunded. Glad I managed to get it sorted but it was an issue that could have easily been resolved, without all this hassle. I would totally avoid them if I were you.
Absolutely awful, such poor service and delivery times.
Firstly, I ordered items from here and they took 3 weeks before they were even shipped, despite paying for it to be shipped within 3-5 working days. I completely understand there may be delays due to covid but waiting 3 weeks?
I then emailed the customer service and it was automated emails and barely helpful information when I did get a response. 3 weeks after placing my order, I requested a refund before it had even shipped but was told this wasn't possible due to it being in the warehouse (don't see why this was an issue if it hadn't even left.)
I received the items 4 weeks later and decided to return them before trying them because quite clearly the company don't care about their service to their customers so I don't feel like I should support them.
The returns aren't paid for - most companies pay for returning an item.
It's been another 2 weeks before even getting an update that my return is being processed, who knows when I'll actually receive the refund.
I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this company!

Now after several emails they finally returned with an answer which is, it will take 3-5 days more to leave the warehouse. . so it will probably be around 1,5 month to get my order. And i will def. not be able to get it before vacation which was why i ordered it mid nov.
