Update: after not hearing from them I did a chargeback. Well that got their attention. They contacted me several times and have continued to contact me asking to have the company reverse that etc. I did, but the company won’t reverse the charge back so they’re on the hook. that said I do want to believe in this company because I think they offer some cool products, although they are a little misleading and shady on some of them. I was just looking at their NMN again, and they state their product is third-party tested; however their COA does not indicate what third-party lab tested the authenticity and the accuracy of the product. All it says is that the results were evaluated by somebody from Neurogan health and then another section that they use contracted third-party labs. But no name. Why wouldn’t you be transparent? so all in all I have to say don’t go with this company they’re because they are not transparent, Their customer service sucks and you really don’t know what you’re getting from them.

Original Review: Bought a few products from them a few weeks ago and I’m having a problem with one of them. I’ve emailed them twice *crickets*. clearly not a company that backs up its products or cares about its customers. They just want to sell. Will not purchase from them again and most definitely do not recommend them.

I originally wrote a negative review about Neurogan, (Neurogan+Health) and their Fisetin product because it did nothing for me, while other Fisetin products from competitors were more effective, transparent, and honest about their third-party lab tests and marketing. After my review, the owner contacted me directly. We spoke on the phone several times. He apologized and admitted their Fisetin marketing was misleading, though he claimed it wasn’t intentional. I appreciated the honesty at first and accepted his offer to send me a range of their products to try, even though I told him it wasn’t necessary.

After receiving the products and giving them a fair shot, I found no improvement. In fact, I ended up throwing all of them away within two weeks. For less money, I could get better products elsewhere—and I already had better versions of most of what he sent, from other companies.

While the owner tries to build credibility by highlighting his Danish heritage, “Viking” roots, and family involvement, none of that matters when the company’s marketing is misleading and their health claims are not backed by real expertise. Several family members are involved in the company, but none have any formal background or credentials in health, medicine, or nutrition. One family member, in particular, is promoted as an “expert” but is actually a European B-list actor and singer—hardly a qualification for developing or endorsing health products.

Their third-party lab testing is mostly for their CBD products, not for their supplements, and the Denmark lab story is more of a marketing gimmick than a mark of scientific rigor. Most of Neurogan’s business is devoted to CBD and other cannabinoids (CBD, CBG, CBN, delta-9 THC), not health supplements. The company presents itself as caring about health, but CBD is not a cure-all and is often just a band-aid for deeper issues. Their marketing is heavy on faux empathy and light on substance.

The CEO has no formal education or credentials in health, nutrition, or medicine—just a background in engineering and failed ventures in unrelated industries. The “team of experts” is mostly marketers and advocates, not scientists or medical professionals. The company’s reputation as an “internationally famous” health leader is pure marketing spin.

In short, I cannot recommend Neurogan or its products. There are better, more transparent, and more effective options out there. If you’re skeptical, do your own research—there’s plenty of information available if you look beyond their marketing.
UPDATE: I received an email from TrustPilot. The company, Neurogan stated I had reviewed the wrong company and should be directed to Neuroganhealth.com. That is funny.
Neurogan+Health and Neurogan Health (neuroganhealth.com) refer to the same company. Neurogan Health is a distinct brand from Neurogan (the CBD company) but both are under the same family leadership, co-founded and run by Jan Brandrup. Neurogan Health focuses on longevity and cellular health supplements, while Neurogan specializes in CBD products. Nice try, Jan Brandrup! lol!

I had to switch CBD/THC companies and I tried Neurogan for my pet needs. The product I purchased had 4x more CBD in each treat and cost half as much as the other place. My pets love them and look for crumbs dropped for a few minutes. Neurogan is a local company and glad I found them. As soon as I am done using human products from other places, I will shop here for my needs as well.

Great store for buying CBD products! They have a program where you can buy stuff and get poins to earn free stuff. When I made a mistake on an order for a free sample of something and had to call them they were very understanding and very helpful! Their products are very high quality as well! Totally recomend them!
