I can’t believe these knee pads work. I’ve tried many and honestly, these are the best. I play pickleball and can usually play for a half hour before my knees start hurting, but not anymore. I highly recommend them.

Item received in good condition, somehow it works but I feel 😭 uncomfortable using it because you have to make it so tight

I just received my “portable lumbar retractor,” which I refer to as a “traction device” for your lower back or lumbar region. I’ve only used it three times so far, but each time I can actually feel it working. I will advise you, though: take it easy and progress slowly, or you may cause more harm than good. I personally suffer from a bad back; I herniated a disc in my mid-30s, and now, in my mid-50s, I’ve endured 20 painful years. I've tried it all. My favorite and most effective relief came from the Teeter inversion table (hang upside down). The downsides are simple: it’s somewhat expensive and takes up space. Speaking of expensive, I’ve also gone to a chiropractor who used a DRX9000, a spinal decompression machine. Very costly sessions—more than $200 each—and one needs about two dozen sessions (I could only afford a dozen before having to stop, but it worked beyond belief). This traction device from neogena is less than one of those sessions; this is a great value, and it seems to work. The free items they sent with it also worked rather well, so overall, five stars. I look forward to using this for a long time; whether it lasts or not, only time will tell.

HAVE GONE TO PT REALIZING I COULD DO MOST EXERCISING AT HOME , BUT NOT THE STRECHING MACHINE. WHEN I SAW NEUROGENA EVERYTHING CLICKED. I USE IT EVERY MORNING 79 AND STILL SWINGING CLOSE TO PLAYING MY AGE. THANK YOU

1st product doesn’t work.
2nd They don’t honour the money back promise.
3rd while trying to arrange this, they’ll blackmail you into leaving false reviews.
4th If you’re outside of America you’re even more screwed, unless like me you will not let it go.
5th - you should of made good and refunded like you agreed.
6th YES I CAN PROVE ALL MY CLAIMS, a dedicated page will be created on socials exposing all you’re lies and proof via all the emails sent. Funnily enough my bank have had many reports from your company.

I felt a relaxation upon the first time wearing it.

I have yet to receive it and I had it for expedited shipping so I can’t truly give you a review will be more than happy to once I receive it and I paid for expedite shipping because of the back pain that I’m having on my L5 S1 with a bulging disc

Company was easy to deal with and responsive. Product was well built.

I have really felt the decompression using the system.
The buckles and cinch straps work well and I find that if I lay on my bed with my knees bent at 90 deg and then just take and hold deep breaths it is almost exactly like the professional decompression sessions I have used in the past.
I have not used the neck system yet.

It doesn’t work

This belt has saved me from so much pain, its only been a few days and almost pain free. Highly recommend this product. Now I can go back to normal life.

Easy to use.

Ordered on October 17 delivery supposed to be October 28 never received product and today Nov 2 the site goes down! Dispute with bank. Was really looking forward to it too.

I recently received my lumbar decompression device and have only used it for a couple of days. It feels good on my spine and I hope it will work as advertised. It's similar to the VAX system I previously used at a chiropractic office, so I have high expectations. I would have rated it higher, but it did take an inordinate amount of time to receive my prodct.
