Fantastic customer service.

Fantastic customer service.

From the initial equipment demonstration through to communication, non-pushy sales, and problem-solving, I cannot fault Neurotris UK.

I purchased a machine in late December and when I began using it in early January, a fault occurred — a fuse at the back of the machine had blown (a safety feature designed to protect against power surges).

Communication was instant and frequent, with practical problem-solving suggestions while we identified the issue. Zoe and Rob then travelled over two hours to replace the fuse in person, show me how to change it myself in future, and provide spare fuses just in case.

Anyone can be friendly when business is running smoothly, but the reassurance and continued support I received when something went wrong was second to none. It’s a pleasure to align myself to a company with such integrity.
