I ordered two high-end pans as a gift and expected prompt delivery, but the process was a complete mess. One item was damaged and unavailable, yet it is still listed as in stock online, and the other item — supposedly in stock — was never dispatched at all. Communication was slow, inconsistent, and unhelpful, and I was repeatedly offered small discounts instead of any real solution, despite suggesting fair resolutions multiple times.

It took several weeks of chasing and multiple follow-ups just to get a refund, which only arrived after contacting them about four times. I never received a single item, and the overall experience was entirely unprofessional and a huge waste of time.

I placed an order with this company which was posted out. However, there was a delivery issue and the parcel was not delivered to me but returned to the company. The parcel was successfully delivered back to them on 12th August and they acknowledged this. I requested a refund rather than a replacement and I have contacted the company three times regarding this issue. A month on, they have still not refunded the undelivered items. Dishonest!
