We would like to clarify the situation regarding your refund request.

You requested a refund before even receiving the product. As a goodwill gesture, we agreed to refund part of your order immediately, with the understanding that the remaining amount would be refunded once the products were returned, in accordance with our return policy.

Despite this agreement, you chose not to return the items, which prevents us from processing the remaining refund. This situation is therefore not related to the quality or effectiveness of the product, but rather to the refusal to return the goods as required.

Our return and refund policy is clearly stated on our website, and we have acted in good faith throughout this process. Unfortunately, without the return of the items, we are unable to proceed further.

We are surprised to read your Trustpilot comment, as it contains incorrect information.

Our offer clearly states “Buy 2, get 1 free”, not “Buy 1, get 1 free”. This is displayed transparently on our website at the time of purchase.

Additionally, this product is a 30-day supply, which means 30 capsules per bottle. Referring to it as “a few tablets” is therefore inaccurate.

If there was any issue with your order, the correct and fastest way to resolve it is simply to contact us by email with a photo of the received package. We are always willing to help and resolve any genuine problem. Posting misleading statements on Trustpilot before contacting us does not reflect the reality of the situation.

We kindly ask you to remove or update your defamatory comment. Once this is done, we will be happy to review your order again and assist you properly.

Hello Tansel,

At no point does our website mention Trustpilot. These are internal reviews managed by our app, not reviews from Trustpilot. Where is this number coming from?

Our company is fully legitimate, offering trusted payment options such as PayPal and Klarna, and we have served thousands of satisfied customers.

Furthermore, the reviewer has not purchased our product and their review is not based on personal experience, which raises the question of why this review was posted at all.

Claiming that we are a scam is defamatory and causes harm to our brand. We are new to Trustpilot, but this does not mean our company is a scam.

We request that such misleading claims be reviewed and removed to prevent further damage to our reputation.
