I now have 2 bags, very happy with them. My second bag had a defect in the product, and they resolved it quickly and well.
I highly recommend you never buy these bags from the official shop. Nevertheless of the price of the bags (more than 200 Euro), they charge you for delivery, and if you want to return it, you will be charged again. Moreover you can not return the goods from sale section. Taking into account that the communication is pretty poor (~2 days for answering the email or even more) and all abovementioned, try to find reseller or just buy another brand with more customer-friendly policy.

My experience with Neuville is not good. I received my bag, but there was something wrong with the bag. I've send an email explaining it with the question if I could return the bag. I never got an answer. So I paid a lot of money, for a 'broken' bag.
I would not recommend ordering from this brand.

I was not satisfied with my purchase and sent it back. The returned package was delivered to the seller at the provided return address, but they failed to collect it from their mailbox. As a result, the parcel was sent back to me.
Customer support then started making excuses, claiming that the postal worker should have either left or delivered the parcel elsewhere. However, as everyone knows, postal services deliver strictly according to the provided address — they do not act based on unofficial instructions or “stories.”
I am now forced to resolve this issue through PayPal.
Either the company does not care about its customers, or it uses tactics to avoid processing returns. Very disappointing experience.

Stay away! Terrible customer service - you pay a bag that is very expensive to begin with and when you try to return it because it’s clearly faulty you’re told you have to send it at your expense. I’m based in Belgium and I received the bag from Belgium but now I have to pay extra to send it to Spain. No gesture at all from the company and they stopped all communication. Disgusting. Don’t fall for it it’s not worth it.

They promptly offered to send me a replacement bag directly. Although the original color was no longer available, they sent me an alternative, which I appreciate. While I wasn't able to choose a different model, I completely understand their policy on this.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with how quickly and efficiently they resolved the issue.
Ordered a bag from their website on 03/04/2025 (second time ordering from here and on first occasion had no issues), requesting free shipping, however, when the item arrived, I was expected to pay a fee of £50.00 to UPS to release the item - this was not explained to me by the company. I chased up the package via the company who advised me that it was in transit, however, I then chased with UPS who said that the item was being returned to Nueville. I explained all this to Nueville who had advsied me that once they had received the item they would post it back out to me (this was in May). It is now June and I have still not received the item for which I paid £160.00 and whereas customer service were previously responding to my emails, however, I have now sent a couple of emails which I have had no response. It has been well over two months and I have still not received the item I bought on the 3rd April for £160.00. Will be looking to take this further.
It is not possible to return an order. In theory, yes, but not in practice. You first have to request a return and then supposedly receive an email when it has been authorised - which is already an unusual procedure. Unfortunately, I haven't received any feedback since then, so I can't send my order back. Very unprofessional!
I had an issue with my bag and approached neuville via mail. They responded very quick and very nicely. I got a shipping label via mail very quickly but had to delay the process due to a longer holiday. They were very helpful and I could just get back to them after returning. I then shipped the bag with their label and got feedback on the day they received my package a few days later. Result: I will soon get a new bag instead.
Happy with the process, the communication and the result. Looking forward to my next purchases.
Worst experience with the bag I ordered. I wanted to return it because I wanted to order the bigger size. But impossible to return the bag because I « removed the safety wraps ». When I asked the brand to return the bag, they sent me instructions that stated the safety wraps had to remain on the bag for the brand to validate the return. However, the safety wraps are on both straps of the Maxke bag, so it would actually be impossible to really see if the bag matches ones expectations.
After writing the brand about this there’s nothing they are willing to do even though I said I wanted to buy the bigger size. They could have at least send me a code or offer free delivery for the bigger bag.
The should put a message with the bag stating those instructions.

To add insult to serious injury I had to pay £90 import charges for my parcel to be delivered to some random place.
Not impressed and won't be shopping with you again.
